Michelle Boozer, CPA, CFE

Michelle joined the HM&M team in 2012 as an Audit Supervisory Senior. She  graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Accounting from Harding University. Before joining the Firm she worked for a public company and an international accounting firm. Michelle was named a shareholder January 1, 2020. Michelle has significant knowledge in a variety of industries including construction, healthcare, multi-family real estate, employee benefit plans, oil & gas, not-for-profit, manufacturing & distribution, transportation, and financial services. She has performed numerous audits, reviews, compilations, risk management, and compliance projects, and internal control documentation including extensive Sarbanes Oxley work. Michelle is a member of the TXCPA, AICPA and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. With over 18 years of public and private accounting experience, Michelle is an excellent resource for her clients.
