William G. Morgan
The late Bill Morgan, originally of DeLeon, Texas, partnered with his friend, Gary Huselton in 1978 to form Huselton & Morgan, P.C. After completing graduate school at The University of Texas, he began his career with Ernst & Young and gained substantive experience in the tax sector, where he worked on assignments in New York and London. In New York, he summarized tax law changes for use by firm clientele and while in London, he worked with U.S. executives working in North Africa and the North Seas. At HM&M, Bill provided tax consulting services across a wide array of industries including real-estate, health-care, retail, and financial service organizations. Bill served as a strategic adviser to his clients, helping them navigate through complex business and financial situations. After his retirement, Bill and Kay, his wife of 36 years, enjoyed spending time with their three grown daughters at their cabin in DeLeon, TX. Bill was a Sunday School Director at First Baptist Church of Dallas and was formerly a member of the board of advisors for E3 Ministries.
